Join us for a unique weekend immersion into Ayurveda and Yoga guided by Vaidya Matheus Macedo. This urban retreat offers a rare opportunity to dive deeply into the four pillars of well-being through Ayurvedic wisdom, yoga practices, meaningful encounters, and enriching conversations. A full weekend to nurture balance, clarity, and vitality.

He holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from India.

He is a vaidya (Ayurvedic doctor), international lecturer, and teacher. Matheus is part of the Ayurveda Academy in Bangalore and has completed clinical residencies at the Vaidyagrama Hospital in Coimbatore, as well as in various clinics throughout India and the United States.

He currently lives in India, where he is completing his Master’s degree in Ayurveda and a clinical residency in Shalakya Tantra at the Institute for Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA).

​

Matheus also offers many free resources in Portuguese about Ayurveda through Vida Veda, now one of the largest Ayurveda schools in the world, so anyone can begin learning and applying this knowledge in daily life.
